About

Technology is changing roles and career pathways faster than many professionals can evaluate them. Reskilling is only effective when people can first determine which capabilities, roles and learning investments fit their strengths, experience and intended direction. This interactive workshop helps professionals and nontechnical contributors use structured evidence from their career stories, assessments, values and working patterns to make better decisions in future endeavors. It also helps employers think more intentionally about internal mobility, talent retention and hiring. The session complements existing AI and job-search programming by focusing specifically on opportunity evaluation and human judgment. Participants will leave armed with the questions they should be asking themselves to assess their current best work and how to effectively evaluate future opportunities.
