Here's the thing about AI: you can read about it all day, but nothing really clicks until you build something yourself. That's what this session is for. We'll roll up our sleeves and build a working AI agent together — live, from scratch, no coding background required. Along the way we'll talk about what agents actually are (minus the buzzwords), where they're useful today, and where they're still kind of overhyped. You'll walk out with a working agent, a feel for how the pieces fit together, and that "aha" moment where AI stops feeling like magic and starts feeling like a tool you can actually pick up. Bring your laptop, and don't overthink it. Just come build. Lunch will be provided.
