About
When did you last test your incident response plan? Your cyber insurance renewal may thank you. Underwriters areincreasingly asking when your incident response plan was last tested. This is agood place to start building your answer. It is now a standard question on cyber insurance applications- and “never” is an expensive answer. Underwriters have shifted from checkboxquestionnaires to evidence-based review, and an untested response plan can slowa quote, raise a premium, or cost you coverage terms you were counting on. This workshop is where you start building a better answer. Wewill run a live cybersecurity tabletop exercise - a realistic incident, in realtime - so you can see exactly what your organization would do in the first 60minutes. You will uncover hidden vulnerabilities (they may not be what youthink) and leave with practical guidance on layered security, AI governance, and building a resilient cyber strategy. These are not IT questions. They are business questions - whodecides, who communicates with employees and customers, how fast you get backto operating, and what the downtime costs you while you sort it out. 🔍 What You’ll Learn: Answer the underwriting question. Understand what carriers now expect around tested incident response - and how to document what you did. Experience a live incident. Work through a realistic cyberattack scenario and the decisions it forces in the first hour. Find the gaps before an attacker does. Identify weak points across people, processes, and technology, then prioritize the fixes that matter. Set your AI ground rules. Acceptable use policies and AI governance essentials, before shadow AI sets them for you. Leave with a plan you can start Monday. Actionable steps toward a robust, layered defense and a more resilient business.
