We’re kicking things off with an interactive, hands‑on workshop designed to spark creativity and uncover real‑world innovation opportunities! Together, we’ll dig into pain points, challenge assumptions, and explore how even the smallest ideas can have a big, meaningful impact. ‍ To start the session, our Industrial Design and Innovation teams will share a quick introduction to human‑centered design and creative thinking. This will give everyone a shared foundation and help you get into the mindset that creates intentional, people‑centric innovation. ‍ From there, we’ll walk you through a simple framework for identifying and shaping new ideas. You’ll learn how to spot opportunities, reframe challenges, and translate insights into concepts that you can act on. ‍ By the end, you’ll leave with practical tools in the form of thinking behaviors, methodologies, and mental models you can apply to any challenge. These approaches are designed to help you continue developing grounded, human‑centered solutions both in and outside of work. ‍ We can’t wait to see you there!
